Advanced Sensor Technology:

XDB602 uses a capacitive sensor. The medium pressure is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm through an isolation diaphragm and filling oil. This diaphragm is a tightly structured elastic component with a maximum displacement of 0.004 inches (0.10 mm), capable of detecting differential pressure. The diaphragm's position is detected by capacitive fixed electrodes on both sides, then converted into an electric signal proportional to the pressure for CPU processing.

 

Enhanced Temperature Compensation:

XDB602 is equipped with a temperature sensor, facilitating periodic testing for users and enabling data storage in internal EEPROM for temperature compensation. This feature ensures accurate measurements across a broad range of operating temperatures.
