Part 1: Background
As the year comes to a close, it’s finally time to relax and unwind! To celebrate our achievements and give everyone a chance to recharge, XIDIBEI organized an exciting three-day team-building trip. This time, we headed to Zhejiang, with a full itinerary: a lively Christmas party, a scenic hiking trip, and some thrilling adventures to top it all off. It was the perfect package for a well-deserved break.
To make the journey even more fun, we prepared several engaging activities and divided everyone into two teams: “XIDIBEI BEST” and “Double Dan Heroes” (a playful nod to the Chinese pronunciation of Christmas and New Year’s Day, both “dan”). From the very first moment, the competitive energy was palpable, and the team spirit quickly filled the air with laughter and excitement.
Part 2: Day One – The Christmas Party
The highlight of the first evening was our Christmas party, which began with a dumpling-making competition! At first, both teams were determined to show off their skills: XIDIBEI BEST was ready to roll the dough and wrap the dumplings, while Double Dan Heroes focused on preparing the filling and cooking. However, as plans often go, we ran into some logistical challenges due to limited tools. The competition soon turned into a collaborative effort, with each team taking on specific roles to make it work. The results? Uniquely shaped but incredibly delicious dumplings that everyone devoured in no time!
After the hearty meal, the party atmosphere reached its peak. We played several rounds of games, filling the room with laughter and cheers. And the winners? Double Dan Heroes dominated most of the games, taking home the glory of the night. It was an evening full of joy and camaraderie, with smiles lighting up every face.
Part 3: Day Two – Hiking in Mount Mogan
On the second day, we switched to “back-to-nature” mode with a light hiking trip to the famous Mount Mogan, known for the legendary story of Ganjiang and Moye. The fresh mountain air and breathtaking scenery along the way refreshed our spirits as we chatted and bonded during the walk. Though it was labeled “light hiking,” the trail did test our endurance towards the end. Thankfully, our team spirit shone through as members shared backpacks and offered encouragement, making the journey even more memorable.
Reaching the summit and taking in the sweeping views below, we couldn’t help but feel the significance of the trip. Perhaps, like the mountain’s name symbolizing craftsmanship, our team’s success lies in the collaboration and persistence that carry us toward greater heights.
Part 4: Day Three – Adventures at Yunshang Grassland
The third day brought a surge of adventure and excitement as we headed to Yunshang Grassland in Anji. This place is packed with thrilling activities, from sky cycling to the high-altitude “Step-by-Step Challenge.” The latter especially tested our courage, as just standing at the starting point made knees wobble. Yet, with teammates cheering each other on, everyone summoned the courage to take that first step, and the sense of accomplishment afterward was simply unbeatable.
Although everyone was exhausted, the excitement and exhilaration kept us going. Not to mention, the third day’s game session saw XIDIBEI BEST finally securing a win, reclaiming some glory for their team. However, the overall score still favored Double Dan Heroes, who remained the ultimate champions.
Beyond the adrenaline-filled activities, Yunshang Grassland’s stunning scenery was equally captivating. Under the vast blue skies, we took photos, laughed, and soaked in the moment. A final group photo beautifully captured the unforgettable memories, marking the end of a day filled with challenges, teamwork, and joy.
Part 5: Reflections and Looking Ahead
The three-day team-building trip ended on a high note, leaving us with countless cherished memories. From the collaborative efforts during the Christmas party to the adventurous spirit during the hikes and challenges, the experience not only allowed us to unwind but also strengthened the bond among team members. Every smile, every cheer, and every shared moment testified to our team’s unity and mutual support, wrapping up the year on a perfect note.
Although the trip has ended, the energy and connection it brought will carry us forward. In 2024, we achieved so much through hard work and dedication. Looking ahead to 2025, XIDIBEI will continue to march forward with even greater enthusiasm and confidence, ready to embrace every challenge. With such a strong team, the future looks brighter than ever!
