XDB1002-14 Series Water sensor

Short Description:

The water sensor is widely used in communication base stations, hotels, restaurants, computer rooms, libraries, archives, warehouses, equipment, cabinets and other places that require water accumulation alarm. The unique AC detection technology effectively avoids the problem of decreased sensitivity of water leakage caused by oxidation of the immersion electrode due to long-term operation. The device can choose 485 output and switch dry contact output. The 485 output is a standard ModBus-RTU with a maximum communication distance of 2000 meters. It can be directly connected to the PLC, industrial control instrument, configuration screen or configuration software on site. The external leakage electrode can reach up to 2600 meters, and a leakage rope up to 2600 meters can also be connected. The device adopts a waterproof shell with a high protection level and can be used in harsh occasions such as humidity and high dust for a long time.

Features

Use alternating current to collect the inductance parameters of accumulated water, accurately distinguish whether water immersion occurs, and even distinguish pure water from tap water (tap water is used as the detection object by default, please specify if you want to detect pure water). Because alternating current detection is used, the electrode will not produce electrophoretic polarization even if it is immersed for a long time, and it does not rely on special electrodes, so it has a long life and reliable detection.
